Mr. Petkovic is a partner of Pillsbury, based in London. He has a broad range of experience in finance and corporate transactions including structured finance, project financings, securitizations and derivatives, acquisitions and disposals, acquisition financings and insolvencies and restructurings. His project and finance experience includes representing lenders, developers and investors in transactions in the power, telecommunications, ports, oil and gas, transportation, steel, hotel and other sectors in Europe (with particular emphasis on Eastern Europe), the Commonwealth of Independent States, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Petkovic completed his undergraduate work in economics and law at Macquarie University (B.Ec LLB (Hons) in Sydney and received his LL.M. from the University of Cambridge in 1987 (Sidney Sussex College). He is a Visiting Professorial Fellow within the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London and a lecturer in the University of London's LL.M. course on international finance.
