Rastko B. �oki� finished Faculty of organisational sciences and have degree in construction sciences. Working experiance started during schooling time, from 1995, working in export-import companz for construction materials and machines. Between 1998 and 2004 he started operations for two international companies on this market (IMI and SIKA). In the same period he was engaged on several projects as project manager (VMA Belgrade, Societe Generale HQ). UNHCR contracted him as consultant in regions Aran�elovac and Mladenovac on the Project IDP. Starting from 2004 he is employed in MPC Properties as facility manager and soon after he is forming first company in Serbia for facility management services. Along with company growth and spreading activities, he is taking all property management business in MPC Properties portfolia. Acquired knowledge and experience he is using in winning two international tenders for facility management services (NLB HQ and Renaissance Plaza). He is active and leading part of all facility and property management issues from the start of project U��e shooping center until the successful opening. In ICSC (International Councel of Shooping Centers) he is Chairman of Serbian Committee and member of European Advisory Board. Regularly he is publishing professional texts in property management field.
