Sasha Golubovic joined Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality in 2007, based in Budapest with a focus on expanding business services within Central and Eastern Europe. His particular expertise is in investment sales and strategic advice.

Involved in concluding an investment sale mandate for a forward hotel sale, based on a Rocco Forte
Lease Agreement Prague Marriott and Millennium Plaza
Created the marketing brochure and part of the overall team, which included JLL Prague office in contacting our potential buyers. Involved with Due diligence and SPA negotiations.

Completed an extensive feasibility report for ERD, who are the potential financing partner of the project.

Concluded an update performance study of the hotel and suggestions on improving the operating potential of the asset.

General Sasha studied at the University of Melbourne having completed a Masters of International Business (MIB) in 2004. In 1993 he graduated with honours from Hosta (Glion), Switzerland having studied Hotel Management. Sasha is fluent in a number of languages including English, Serbian, Croatian, and proficient in French and Slavic languages, making him a valuable member of the C&W Hotels team.
